Here are some interesting examples of interactive time-lapse photography.
Their Circlular Life: An exploration of human interaction in a 24-hour timeframe. Contains 5 time-lapse observations with 100 photos per day. Each one has sound to accompany the time of day.
Daily Dose of Imagery: A photo blog with some interactive time-lapse Flash movies.
Art Beat: Well this one’s more of a film but still worth mentioning. It is a 360º interactive film that let’s you choose were to view the room and when.
